When you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect the information you give us directly: your email address, name, and details about the app or product you want to advertise.

We also collect usage data automatically, such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This helps us understand how Viralway is used and where to improve it.

Inside the app, we use PostHog to understand how people use Viralway and to find and fix problems. PostHog records the pages you open, where you click and scroll, the features you use, and errors that happen in your browser, along with your device, browser, IP address and approximate location.

PostHog also records sessions, which lets us replay how someone moved through the app when something breaks or a screen is confusing. Text you type into form fields is hidden in these recordings, and recordings are deleted after 30 days. PostHog stores this data on servers in the United States and processes it only on our behalf.

We use your information to provide and improve the service: producing ad creatives from your briefs, managing your account, responding to support requests, and keeping you updated about the waitlist and product changes.

We may send you product and marketing emails. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Briefs, product assets, and other materials you upload are used solely to produce your ad creatives. We do not sell your content or use it to advertise other customers' products.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Viralway, such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery, under agreements that limit how they can use it.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Viralway, our users, or the public.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the site and the app are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Viralway is for people aged 15 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 15. If you think someone under 15 has given us their data, write to hi@viralway.co and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site before the changes take effect.
